WHAT IS ROVING SEATING?
Silverstone runs a roving seating scheme on the Friday and Saturday for certain ticketholders. This means you can watch the events from any available seat in participating grandstands.
Weekend grandstand tickets include a reserved seat on Sunday in the grandstand specified, and a roving seat in available grandstands for Friday and Saturday (except Club Silverstone which is an allocated seat for all 3 days). General Admission tickets include access to roving grandstands on Friday and General Admission for the Saturday and Sunday.

Check out the E-Zones at Arena which host a variety of activities throughout the weekend including music, competitions, celebrity appearances, bungee jumping, trampolines, and more. The Arena E-Zone) will be hosting live music on the Friday and Saturday evening and rounding the weekend off with the Grand Prix Party after the last race on Sunday. Admission is free of charge to all spectators.

WHATS THE BEST WAY TO TRAVEL ON RACE WEEKEND TRAVEL
Planning your travel to Silverstone in advance is essential. If you wish to drive you’ll need either a Park & Ride pass or a parking pass. These cannot be purchased on the day and failure to present one may result in a fixed penalty fine. Please keep in mind that driving routes vary depending on whether you’re using Park & Ride, circuit parking, Whittlebury parking, hospitality parking, or camping – so make sure you know your exact route on race weekend as the A43 will be a one-way system and you could end up getting stuck in the wrong place.

We have return coaches which run from Birmingham and London, you can book these online or you can contact our Customer Services team on 0800 862 0347, if calling from outside the UK +44 121 285 0790 or email: sales@britishgrandprix.net  or you can read about our Silverstone Coach Service it by clicking here

WHAT DOES CAMPING INCLUDE AND DO I NEED A CAR PARKING PASS?
Weekend camping is available for holders of 3 day tickets only. Adjacent to and within 250m of Club Corner at the South of the circuit. Please note a parking pass is not required if a camping ticket is purchased. A mix of permanent and temporary facilities providing toilets, showers and shop provisions are available. Please ensure you follow directions to your correct campsite. Guests can arrive any time between 7am and midnight but please remember you will need to present both your weekend camping ticket and weekend event ticket to access the campsite. We recommend leaving valuables at home and staying vigilant as although security will be on-site, Silverstone cannot accept responsibility for any theft or loss of items.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR WHEN ATTENDING SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT FOR THE FORMULA 1 WEEKEND?

It is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and footwear as you may wish to walk around the circuit area. Binoculars can be good for seeing the action up-close and cameras for personal use are welcome. If you have a personal radio, Silverstone Radio can be picked up on 87.7FM which is useful for listening to race-day commentary. Glass items, alcohol, and anything the organisers consider potentially harmful are prohibited and may be confiscated on entry.

WEATHER!
Remember to protect yourself from the sun with appropriate clothing including hats, sun cream, glasses and stay hydrated by drinking water. If the rain pours, a rain mac or poncho can be invaluable. Even if you’re in a covered stand, please keep in mind you may still be exposed to the elements. If possible, try to check the weather each morning before you leave so you know what to expect:

IS THE COMPANY LEGITIMATE?
BritishGrandPrix.Net is a trading name and part of the Simply The Ticket Group. The company does not retail tickets which it does not own or have direct access to. Unlike many internet - based companies, our business is already very well-established with an outstanding reputation and the website merely enhances our service. If you feel happier, please call us on 0843 289 6578 or +44 843 289 6578 to book over the telephone.

IS MY MONEY SAFE?
We have invested heavily in secure systems including SSL, and can guarantee that all transactions on the site are encrypted. Technology has improved immensely recently, and any initial fears should be kept to a minimum.

WHEN WILL I GET MY TICKETS?
Most tickets are printed and released from venues around 1-4 weeks before the actual event. We always dispatch tickets as soon as we receive them, but there can sometimes a time delay between your order being placed and the receipt of your tickets. If you are buying tickets as a gift, please contact our us via email and will supply you with custom document that can easily fit into standard card envelope.

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS FOR ANY REASON?
Industry regulations state that "Once a booking is confirmed it may not be cancelled or exchanged unless the event itself is cancelled". However, as an added service we will attempt to re-sell unwanted tickets, once all our own stock has been sold, and should they be re-sold a refund will be made less the booking fee.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY TICKETS?
If you lose general admission tickets, unfortunately there is nothing we can do since security staff have no reference. For seated tickets we do normally have a facility to replace the tickets with duplicates which are made available at the venue (for a small charge). Should anyone attempt to use the original tickets they will be ejected.

AN EVENT IS ADVERTISED AS "SOLD-OUT" - WHY ARE YOU STILL SELLING?
When the promoter or venue has no more tickets to sell to the public, they may announce it is sold out; this does not mean the agents to whom they have allocated tickets have also sold out - it is always worth checking!
